Wonderful Trattoria! Excellent organic food. Trattoria Visconti is member of the Slow Food organization and rated as the 3rd most important wine cellar in Italy. They've an own garden just behind the restaurant, so everything's fresh and classy. Even the red (!) corn for their polenta is planted by the team.
You can also eat on the lovely terrace.
The team and service is so special. Mamma Fiorella is so warmhearted and lovely.
I strongly recommend this Trattoria and would not hesitate a second to come back if I've the opportunity!
Beautiful, traditional trattoria with friendly, attentive staff and incredible food. The traditional local menu ticked every box and filled every hole. Some of the best casoncelli I've eaten, amazing local salame and the slowly-braised beef on polenta particular standouts. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Excellent meal. The menu of the day was designed perfectly, starting with very good salami, then a delicious primo piatti - the best plate of the meal casoncelli della nonna, secundo piatti was also very good and to finish perfectly a delicious apple pie. The service was very attentious and in the end the owner guided us to the restaurant’s impressive wine cellar. If ever return to Bergamo will have to visit again this excellent restaurant!
Hands down, the most wonderful dining experience of my life. I’ll be returning to Robbiate next Summer and will be bringing my guests along with me to share.
The wonderful atmosphere was exceeded by the staff’s kindness and the tastes of the food. Be sure to try the polenta made from a strain of corn unique to this area near Bergamo.
Outstanding. Very good food, maybe not one of its kind, but very good, beautiful setting, excellent choice of wines and - what is maybe even more important - perfect and individual recommendations and very warm and personal service.
